The NYU Social Identity & Morality Lab examines how collective concerns (group identities, moral values, and political beliefs) shape the mind, brain, and behavior. We study group dynamics, including cooperation and conspiracy theories, pro-sociality and polarization, helping others and hatred and share brief, accessible summaries of all our research in this free newsletter.

We also recently launched THE CENTER FOR CONFLICT & COOPERATION and will be sharing research and developments about the center (including opportunities to join the center, collaborate on research, and applying the results outside the lab).

Each month, we will send out a short newsletter to our community of over 1,000 subscribers summarizing our latest publications, public outreach, job opportunities, and other lab news.
